Description of Service
Klipzy is a web-based tool that transforms still images into video clips with various motion effects. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Only upload images that you own or have the right to use
- Not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
- Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to circumvent any security measures
Credits and Payments
- Credits are non-refundable once used
- Desktop license keys are one-time purchases and grant unlimited use
- We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time
- Free usage is limited to 1 clip per day per IP address
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your uploaded images. The video clips created are yours to use as you wish. Klipzy retains rights to its software, design, and branding.
Limitation of Liability
Klipzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
